Overview

The Manager, Agentic AI Product Management – Financial Reconciliation leads end‑to‑end ownership of AI‑driven reconciliation solutions, translating complex financial workflows into product roadmaps and deliverables. The role bridges deep financial domain expertise with cutting‑edge agentic AI to automate matching, exception handling, and settlement processes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and Business Requirement Documents for autonomous financial reconciliation solutions
• Collaborate with clients, cross‑functional teams, and legal/compliance to validate needs, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive product delivery
• Translate reconciliation business rules into EPICs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data‑science teams
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and KPI tracking for match rates, exception resolution time, and straight‑through processing
• Support go‑to‑market planning, pricing, client onboarding, and enablement materials for AI‑powered reconciliation products

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in financial reconciliation, payments, and fintech operations
• Minimum 6 years of product management experience in technology‑driven, AI/ML or financial services environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced AI/ML degree highly desirable)
