Manager, Product Management (Transaction Processing)

Overview

The Manager, Product Management (Transaction Processing) role is responsible for supporting the execution of Mastercard Cross-Border Services Product Management. The position involves working with cross-functional teams to draft business requirements for product development and complete product readiness activities. The goal is to help people, businesses, and governments realize their greatest potential.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for all aspects of the product, leading and training internal stakeholders and regional partners
• Analyze new product enhancement initiatives and define product requirements
• Articulate and quantify market problems and define opportunities
• Provide thought leadership to create a compelling product vision for new Cross-Border offerings
• Accurately document new features and functionality for product readiness activities

Eligibility

• Understanding of Cross-Border payment flow, API technology, and payment initiation portals
• Excellent organization and product management skills
• Business Analysis experience required
