Overview

Senior Product Manager-Technical leading the strategy and roadmap for generative AI and agentic capabilities within Mastercard's Payment Reconciliation Intelligence platform, driving customer value through AI‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Gen AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence.
• Translate deep customer insights into product solutions that deliver significant value.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and platform teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, and observability.
• Manage PRDs, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies, and release planning while aligning business priorities with development objectives.
• Lead user research, discovery, experimentation, and support go‑to‑market activities including demos, documentation, and training.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in payments technology and AI/Generative AI.
• Proven end‑to‑end product management experience, cross‑functional delivery, and user research.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
