Overview

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Management - Technical professional to work on their fraud prevention platform, creating new product functionality and combating scammers. The role involves developing innovative software and working with a team of talented developers. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management and technical skills in Java and caching.

Responsibilities

• Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required
• Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs
• Contributes near-term input for the platform product portfolio and roadmap
• Makes trade-off decisions on platform product features
• Works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues

Eligibility

• 6-9 years of overall career experience in Product Management or similar roles
• Extensive experience in Product Management Technical
• Relevant experience on IT projects including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
