Overview

Senior Product Manager – Technical leading product strategy and roadmap for Mastercard Data & Services Operational Insights Program, driving analytical and data-driven solutions for global customers. Will collaborate with engineering, design, and platform teams to define technical requirements and bring products to market.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for multiple platform features.
• Conduct user research and translate customer insights into product requirements.
• Prioritize development work with engineering, design and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create and manage technical requirements, oversee timely execution, and address delivery risks.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on go-to-market, pricing, and adoption of the platform.

Eligibility

• Strong background in product management for analytical, business intelligence or data-monetization solutions.
• Experience in payments or financial services industry, preferably with data insights products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
