Senior Product Manager-Technical – Agentic AI

Overview

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Technical – Agentic AI to support the evolution of its products to include AI intelligence. The role involves executing the product strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Performance Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development and management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the product strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities
• Develop an understanding of customer needs and help translate insights into product ideas
• Contribute to balancing longer-term product direction with immediate delivery needs
• Partner with engineering, data science/AI, and platform teams to support high-quality product delivery
• Assist with backlog refinement, user story writing, dependency tracking, and release coordination
• Work with the Customer Experience team to help design intuitive and relevant features
• Help maintain alignment between business priorities and development activities
• Support user research, discovery, and experimentation efforts

Eligibility

• Understanding of product development and product management principles
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
