Overview

Senior Specialist, Product Development at Mastercard will manage the lifecycle of product features for Prepaid Management Services, overseeing website, mobile app updates and launching new digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and updates of MPMS websites, CMS and mobile applications
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to enhance user experience
• Deliver and launch new digital platforms, marketing and servicing sites, and mobile applications
• Implement digital best practices using data-driven insights to reduce customer friction and drive financial growth
• Provide analytical reporting, partner with regional teams, and maintain clear product documentation

Eligibility

• Proven experience managing websites and mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of SAFe/Agile software development lifecycle methodology
• Background in financial services (preferred) and excellent communication skills
