Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Overview

The Sr. UX Designer will lead user research, create personas, and design intuitive mobile and web experiences for Matrimony.com’s matchmaking platforms. The role focuses on translating insights into wireframes, maintaining a consistent design language, and collaborating with UI, development, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and interviews to uncover objectives, pain points, and feedback
• Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps
• Design low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications
• Maintain and evolve the UX design language for uniform implementation
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and QA to implement and test designs

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX design, user research, and interaction design
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience designing consumer‑facing products and creating prototypes
• Graduation degree with at least 2 years of relevant UX design experience
