Technical Product Specialist - Global Social Responsibility

Overview

Responsible for managing and improving the learning technology stack, including LMS, SaaS integrations, reporting, and operational tooling, to support Global Social Responsibility learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, health, and continuous improvement of the LMS and related technology ecosystem.
• Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and maintain the product roadmap for learning platforms and integrations.
• Coordinate incident response, root‑cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and compliance for external technology providers.
• Translate reporting needs into technical solutions, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights.

Eligibility

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in technical product management, platform operations, learning technology, or related field
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, LMS, APIs, and vendor management
