Overview
Meesho is seeking a Design Manager to lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for users. The role involves strategizing, communicating, negotiating, and driving design solutions for products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and experience working in a product company.
Experience
9-13+ years
Responsibilities
- Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
- Lead a team of designers to ensure product success while ensuring designers’ growth and development
- Conduct quick rounds of usability testing
- Individually contribute to the design decisions and mentor senior and junior Designers for holistic growth
- Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions
Eligibility
- 9-13+ years of strong design experience in a product company
- Experience with Product startups and fast-paced environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills, curiosity, empathy, and business acumen
