Overview
Principal Product Manager leading the strategy and development of Copilot Connectors, a platform that enables secure, governed AI assistant integration with enterprise systems across Microsoft 365. The role drives vision, roadmap, and ecosystem for connectors that expose data, tools, and actions to Copilot experiences.

Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Copilot Connectors platform.
- Design a unified connector model and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle including development, certification, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
- Create developer experiences with SDKs, APIs, documentation, and grow a partner and ISV ecosystem.
- Partner with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI teams to ensure trustworthy, permission-aware connectors.
- Lead cross-company initiatives, align senior leaders, and mentor product managers to deliver a reliable, scalable platform.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in enterprise integration platforms, AI/agentic systems, and cloud security.
- 8+ years of product management experience on complex platforms, with hands‑on work on APIs, SDKs, OAuth, data synchronization, and ecosystem growth.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
