Overview
Principal Product Manager responsible for commercial monetization of Microsoft Copilot on mobile, defining AI‑driven monetization strategies and driving paid growth across iOS and Android. Leads a cross‑functional team to create seamless purchase experiences and new buying models.

Responsibilities
- Set and execute the paid‑growth strategy to convert in‑app interest into Microsoft 365 Copilot subscriptions
- Design effortless purchase flows and timely upgrade experiences on mobile devices
- Explore and shape emerging buying models such as usage‑based offers as AI capabilities expand
- Lead and grow a team of product managers while partnering with engineering, design, data science, marketing and business teams
- Build and operate an experimentation engine to test, measure, and scale monetization hypotheses
Eligibility
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or mobile at scale
- Proven track record of driving growth or monetization outcomes, B2B or product‑led growth experience, AI product exposure, mobile app store and in‑app purchase expertise
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; Master’s degree preferred
