Product Manager -II

Overview

Microsoft is hiring a Product Manager II to shape the AI-first Copilot app experience on Windows and Mac, driving data‑driven product improvements for millions of users. The role works cross‑functionally across engineering, design, research and marketing to deliver rapid, customer‑focused iterations.

Responsibilities

• Use data, customer insights and cross‑functional partnership to develop and deliver product improvements for the Copilot app
• Conduct market and customer research to understand business, customers and competitive landscape
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing and business teams to execute the roadmap with rapid iteration
• Define clear metrics and projected impact for investments using a product and customer‑led growth approach
• Foster an inclusive, diverse team culture in a geographically distributed, hybrid environment

Eligibility

• Product management or software development experience (2+ years required)
• Experience with AI‑powered or data‑driven end‑user products (preferred 3+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Computer Science, Engineering or related)
