Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for shaping the administrator experience and self‑service workflows for the shared Dataverse and Finance & Operations platform at Microsoft, driving strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes. Works closely with engineering, customers and partners to translate governance policies into actionable controls.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Finance & Operations administrator experience and self‑service workflows.
• Define experiences for service health, data status and actionable administrator controls.
• Translate platform governance policies into lifecycle workflows and set product requirements for availability, performance and observability.
• Use customer discovery, support insights and product evidence to prioritize improvements and measure task success, policy completion and support demand.
• Partner with Dataverse, application and partner teams to ensure reliable operations and drive proactive environment governance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in product, service or program management or software development
• 2+ years leading product from discovery to launch and 4+ years improving in‑market product using adoption and support metrics
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, cloud platforms and administrator‑facing products
• Familiarity with service telemetry, diagnostics, capacity, performance and AI‑assisted workflows
