Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end lending and credit product development in the Indian fintech space. The role involves shaping product strategy, driving data‑informed decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of lending flows, credit lifecycle, and the Indian lending ecosystem to inform product decisions
- Conduct user research and use data, metrics, and qualitative inputs to define short‑, medium‑, and long‑term product roadmaps
- Create detailed PRDs and work with Engineering and UI/UX teams to deliver high‑quality product releases
- Own product and business metrics, analyze performance against ROI and KPIs, and iterate based on insights
- Ensure all product features comply with RBI, NBFC, KYC/AML, Fair Practices Code, and data privacy regulations
Eligibility
- 5-8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or credit products
- Proven experience building lending or credit product flows, loan origination, underwriting, and repayment journeys in India
- Strong knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulatory requirements, KYC/AML compliance, and Indian credit infrastructure
