Overview
Motorola Solutions seeks a Product Development Manager for its Evidence Product Management team to lead roadmap definition, user story creation, and backlog prioritization for body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software.
Salary
$130,000 - $140,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Define epics, features, and product roadmap aligned with customer use cases and strategy
- Write user stories and detailed product requirements
- Prioritize and manage backlog based on input from customers, sales, and support
- Act as technical liaison between development, customers, and support teams
- Estimate development costs, plan sprint backlogs, and mitigate technical risks
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in software development and product management
- 8+ years software development experience with 3+ years in product development or similar role
- Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
