Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging interfaces for web and mobile products, working in a hybrid model from our Bellandur office. The role involves translating user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions while mentoring the design team.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical design solutions.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolving design system.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product management teams to ensure designs align with guidelines and specifications.
• Measure and present UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods, leveraging customer feedback and data analytics.
• Mentor junior designers and drive process improvements across multiple product lines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Interface Design or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proven track record of data‑driven design and experience mentoring other designers.
