Overview
Principal Product Manager at N‑able leading the strategy, roadmap and delivery for the Adlumin XDR/MDR portfolio, driving AI‑enabled security solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own vision, strategy and end‑to‑end roadmap for the Adlumin XDR/MDR platform, from market research to launch
- Translate detection, response and security‑operations challenges into clear product requirements and defend trade‑offs
- Partner daily with engineering, data science and SOC teams to deliver capabilities that improve detection quality, response time and analyst efficiency
- Conduct continuous discovery with MSP partners, internal IT teams, SOC analysts and prospects, and maintain a live view of the competitive landscape
- Define, track and act on success metrics such as adoption, retention, efficacy and unit economics, and mentor junior product managers
Eligibility
- 6+ years product management experience on technical B2B or security products
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity with expertise in at least two domains (e.g., cloud security, identity, endpoint, network, email, vulnerability management)
- Hands‑on experience with XDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR or SOC operations and familiarity with AI‑powered product development
- Strong product sense, self‑motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work with limited supervision
