Overview
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for owning the user experience and visual design of Netcore’s website, landing pages and digital brand experiences, working within the Marketing Design team to create conversion‑focused digital solutions.
Experience
4-8 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own website and landing‑page projects from problem definition to final design, delivering responsive and visually compelling experiences.
- Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes while applying UX principles, interaction patterns, accessibility and responsive design.
- Apply strong visual design skills, typography, layout and visual hierarchy, and build/maintain reusable components and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Product and Development teams, present designs to senior stakeholders and ensure design accuracy in development.
- Mentor junior designers, incorporate AI tools into design workflows, and lead design efficiency initiatives.
Eligibility
- 4-8 years of UI/UX, web or digital experience design experience
- Strong portfolio of websites, landing pages and complex user journeys
- B2B SaaS, technology or AI/MarTech domain experience preferred
