Responsibilities
- Scope, prioritize and execute generative and evaluative research for Access Management across multiple OS platforms
- Build and manage a dedicated user panel to ensure deep customer empathy
- Integrate AI tools to automate transcript synthesis, feedback classification and qualitative coding
- Enable cross‑functional teams to conduct high‑quality evaluative studies through training and mentorship
- Translate research findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for global stakeholders
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in user research for complex B2B, enterprise or security products
- 4+ years of UX research experience or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end research impact and experience with desktop/mobile platforms
