Overview
Senior UX Designer at OLX India, joining the Product & User Experience Design team to create next‑generation mobile and web experiences for the classifieds platform. Works cross‑functionally with researchers, engineers and product leaders to deliver user‑centric designs.

Responsibilities
- Partner with UX researchers to understand users and analyze research findings
- Conduct usability studies, create detailed analyses and propose solutions
- Lead collaborative design sessions and produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups across web, iOS and Android
- Communicate design decisions to product teams and senior leadership and ensure design integrity with engineering
- Mentor junior designers and help develop design processes and schedules
Eligibility
- 6+ years experience as a UX/Interaction designer, information architect or similar role working on consumer mobile products
- Experience in marketplace or classifieds platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or related field (Masters preferred)
