Senior Tech Product Manager

Overview

The Technical Product Manager will lead strategy, development, and scaling of AI-driven healthcare data products at Optum, bridging business, technology, and analytics to improve clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for healthcare technology solutions
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements, backlog prioritization, release planning and product optimization
• Drive development of data, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring data quality, governance and regulatory compliance
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, architecture, data science and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions
• Manage Agile execution, including sprint planning, risk mitigation and continuous improvement through metrics and customer feedback

Eligibility

• Healthcare domain expertise, especially data, AI/ML and digital health
• 8+ years in Technical Product Management with experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-based platforms
• Master’s degree in product management or related field
