Overview
Lead Product Manager at Optum, driving AI‑driven healthcare provider solutions across the full product lifecycle. Partners with cross‑functional teams to define vision, roadmap, and delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and business value.

Responsibilities
- Own products and strategic initiatives from ideation through sunset, defining vision, roadmap, success metrics and business outcomes.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into product artifacts such as SDDs, epics, features, user stories, and release plans.
- Lead Agile and SAFe ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, PI planning and cross‑functional alignment.
- Identify and scale AI, advanced analytics, and automation opportunities to improve provider experience and operational efficiency.
- Communicate product strategy, risks, progress and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Healthcare Provider domain expertise
- 10+ years product management/owner experience, 8+ years delivering enterprise‑scale healthcare products using Agile/SAFe
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
