Senior UX/CX Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer at Optum’s Enterprise Digital Product Office, responsible for leading end‑to‑end design of complex web and mobile experiences and shaping product direction through research, collaboration, and data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of complex product initiatives across responsive web and mobile applications
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and business stakeholders to define problems and create user‑centered solutions
• Facilitate discovery activities such as stakeholder workshops, journey mapping and translate research into design strategies
• Define and communicate design concepts via user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and evolve the design system
• Mentor fellow designers, collaborate with globally distributed teams and ensure high‑quality implementation through design reviews

Eligibility

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications
• Proven experience leading discovery activities and working in Agile product development environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise‑scale product design (no specific degree required)
