Technical Product Manager

Overview

Optum is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design, build, and management of SharePoint structures and enable team members to leverage people data for smarter decision-making. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption of technologies. The goal is to advance health optimization on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvement across people's analytics products
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design, optimize data visualization platforms, and foster strategic innovation
• Collaborate with change enablement and communications teams to develop user guides, training videos, and other customer-facing support documents
• Coordinate training programs and materials for BI platforms
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and content management structures
• Design and manage user-friendly intranet sites or information portals

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in SharePoint development, configuration, and management
• 1+ years of experience working in an agile environment
• Technical experience in business analytics or BI platforms
