Overview

Optum is seeking a technical product manager to deliver complex, technology-enabled digital products and drive health optimization on a global scale. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, defining product roadmaps, and leading execution across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or software product management and a strong ability to partner with and influence various teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs and define opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs
• Develop and support product roadmaps
• Collaborate with business product counterparts to articulate strategy and prioritize opportunities
• Drive successful execution and lead execution across multiple teams

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in technical or software product management
• Experience delivering complex, technology-enabled digital products
