Senior Digital Product Manager- AI Voice Bot Solutions

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead AI-driven self-service voice experiences for Optum Behavioral Health, overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch and retirement. The role focuses on voice bot and generative AI solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for conversational AI and voice bot solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, business case, development, enhancement, and retirement.
• Partner with AI/ML, engineering and UX teams to design and implement voice AI capabilities such as ASR, NLU, TTS and generative AI.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (containment, CSAT, automation rates) and create dashboards for performance analytics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, present roadmaps and performance metrics, and champion voice AI initiatives across the organization.

Eligibility

• Proven product management experience (4+ years) with AI, conversational AI, or voice bot products.
• Hands‑on delivery of enterprise‑scale voice bot or conversational AI solutions, preferably in contact‑center or healthcare settings.
• No explicit educational requirement mentioned; relevant technical or business degree is acceptable.
