Job Description
Overview
The role leads product strategy and delivery for Oracle Cloud HCM Analytics and AI agents, collaborating across design, engineering, data science, and QA to bring analytics solutions from concept to market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Oracle Cloud HCM Analytics customers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and collect feedback through interviews and focus groups.
- Define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for HCM Analytics and AI agents, prioritizing customer value and feasibility.
- Partner with engineering to design agent access to governed analytical data, semantic models, and APIs while ensuring compliance with data access policies.
- Establish evaluation frameworks and acceptance criteria for response accuracy, analytical consistency, latency, and cost, and review test plans.
- Present product strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery trade‑offs to senior management and align with Oracle Cloud HCM and other Oracle teams.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) analytics and AI‑driven product solutions.
- Experience in product management, roadmap definition, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
