Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for enhancing and modernizing medication administration capabilities within Oracle Health's Electronic Health Record, collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve safety, efficiency, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritize enhancements, regulatory needs, and modernization initiatives.
• Translate clinical workflow and regulatory requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, UX, clinical informatics, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and manage release readiness.
• Engage with customers, nursing leaders, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure adoption, and address workflow gaps.
• Champion patient safety by reducing medication errors and aligning product features with compliance and quality standards.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Healthcare IT, clinical or nursing informatics, and medication administration workflows.
• 8+ years of product management experience with responsibility for product requirements, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
