Senior Product Manager

Overview

PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve a key portion of its restaurant operating system, driving product vision from roadmap to launch and iteration. The role involves direct customer interaction, cross‑team coordination, and data‑driven decision making within a fast‑moving, global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for a defined area, including roadmap, prioritization, launch, and post‑launch iteration
• Maintain direct relationships with restaurant brands and integration partners, handling scope, timelines, and trade‑offs
• Create clear, decision‑focused PRDs that guide engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams
• Coordinate across distributed engineering teams in India and the US, as well as sales engineering and customer success
• Make data‑driven decisions by pulling and presenting quantitative metrics to stakeholders

Eligibility

• 6‑10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS, POS, or payments
• Proven 0‑to‑1 launch or 10‑to‑100 scaling experience as primary product manager
• Hands‑on experience with API‑driven, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms and AI‑driven use cases
