- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute product strategies
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales teams
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all products comply with legal standards and regulations
Eligibility
- 12+ years of experience in product management within the fintech industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching products at scale
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a creative team
- Technical proficiency in financial technology products, regulatory environments, user experience design principles, and agile methodologies
