Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to lead the strategy, development, and launch of generative AI‑driven products that enhance customer and merchant experiences across PayU’s payments ecosystem.
Experience
3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for generative AI capabilities such as fraud detection, support automation, and personalised payments.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX designers and business stakeholders to build, launch and iterate AI‑powered features.
- Identify customer pain points and create AI‑first product solutions to improve efficiency, security and engagement.
- Evaluate and integrate third‑party LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) ensuring secure and compliant deployment.
- Monitor product performance using data and feedback, optimise models and ensure compliance with RBI, GDPR and other regulations.

- Product Management expertise in fintech or payments
- 3–5 years product management experience with ≥1 year AI product experience
