Senior Product Designer at Pepper, responsible for owning end-to-end product surfaces and delivering high-visual-polish, AI-native solutions for a B2B SaaS growth platform.

Responsibilities
- Own core product surfaces end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped pixel-tight result
- Create testable prototypes using AI-native tools (Claude Code, Figma Make) to replace static mocks
- Extend and maintain the design system, ensuring quality and consistency at scale
- Perform design QA after engineering builds to ensure implementation matches intent
- Monitor shipped features, gather usage data and iterate improvements without being asked
Eligibility
- 5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS, preferably data-dense or workflow-heavy products
- Strong design systems experience and mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
