Overview
Pepper is building Atlas, an agentic operating system for organic growth, and seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a core surface of Atlas focused on mar‑tech solutions for marketers. The role is on‑site in Mumbai and involves end‑to‑end product ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities
- Own a core surface of Atlas end‑to‑end, defining product specs, goals and success metrics
- Conduct product discovery through customer interviews and usage data to prioritize the roadmap
- Build AI workflows, agents and automations that make expert marketing and SEO work repeatable
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, services and customer success to ship, measure and iterate on features
- Translate operational workflows of service teams into scalable product capabilities
Eligibility
- Deep domain expertise in mar‑tech and B2B SaaS product development
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience building B2B products, preferably with US enterprise customers
