Senior Product Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, marketing, compliance and business stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog, create epics, user stories, and drive Agile delivery using Scrum practices.
• Analyze account‑level data to develop segmentation, personalization and monitor performance metrics.

Eligibility

• Payments or fintech product management expertise, especially credit/debit card ecosystems.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in product management within payments, banking or financial services.
