Technical Product Manager

Overview

The Technical Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of platform capabilities and services for payment and cards solutions at Persistent, aligning product vision with business and customer needs. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle, driving modernization, and collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities and services
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs while managing Agile sprint and release planning
• Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant solutions
• Drive platform modernization initiatives and enterprise product transformation programs, including cloud‑native and microservices architectures
• Engage with stakeholders, conduct product demos, roadmap reviews, and ensure regulatory and governance compliance

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in Payments domain, especially Cards & Payments platforms
• 10-15 years of experience in Technical Product Management of enterprise platforms/services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related discipline
