Technical Product Manager - ServiceNow SPM & AI

Overview

The role is for a Technical Product Manager responsible for driving strategy, roadmap and delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) capabilities, including AI-driven enhancements. The candidate will work with cross‑functional leaders to maximize business value through SPM and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, strategy and backlog for ServiceNow SPM capabilities
• Lead roadmap planning, release management and adoption of Generative AI, Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence
• Drive Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management processes within ServiceNow
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs, value‑realization metrics and governance reporting
• Collaborate with business, PMO, finance and technology stakeholders, facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management
• 8-12 years experience in product management, product ownership or enterprise platform management with proven ServiceNow SPM implementations and AI integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
