UX Designer

Overview

The role is for a UX Lead/Designer to create intuitive, user‑centric experiences for SailPoint IdentityIQ applications, delivering both design artifacts and production‑ready HTML/CSS for development teams. The position is based in Pune and requires 2‑5 years of enterprise UI/UX experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into personas, journeys, process flows and information architecture
• Create wireframes, mockups, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools
• Develop responsive HTML/CSS screens and production‑ready templates, collaborating with React/UI developers for implementation
• Perform usability and accessibility reviews, ensuring WCAG compliance and improving existing IIQ applications
• Establish and maintain design standards, reusable UI patterns and design system guidelines across all screens and workflows

Eligibility

• UX/UI design expertise for enterprise, preferably Identity and Access Management solutions
• 2‑5 years of experience in user research, interaction design, HTML/CSS delivery and collaboration with React development teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
