Overview
PhonePe is looking for a Product Manager to build the core data infrastructure, tools, and internal products that enable hundreds of engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business teams to move faster. The role involves owning product strategy, specs, and roadmaps for data platform components, APIs, and developer tools. The ideal candidate should have product management experience and technical stack depth.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, specs, and roadmaps for data platform components, APIs, and developer tools
- Synthesize requirements from business/product teams and translate them into system APIs, developer interfaces, and platform capabilities
- Work with architects and engineering leads to balance reliability, performance, technical debt, and new features
- Design solutions for data quality, governance, cataloging, and pipeline efficiency at petabyte scale
- Define and track platform health metrics: latency, query performance, uptime, adoption, resource efficiency
Eligibility
- Product Management Experience
- Technical Stack Depth
- 1-3 year as PM/APM with product ownership, OR 2-3 years as Data/Backend Engineer with PM work
