Overview
The role is a Product Manager in PhonePe's HR Product & Analytics team, responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of HR functional areas and building AI‑driven, data‑centric solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical design to create scalable, user‑friendly platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for HR functional areas such as Performance Management, Compensation, Learning & Upskilling
- Partner with engineering to translate business workflows into technical specs, APIs, schemas and event‑driven architecture
- Design data‑driven flow architectures using telemetry and analytics to identify bottlenecks
- Conceptualize and prototype GenAI/agentic AI solutions for autonomous HR agents, performance review synthesis, learning recommendations and retention prediction
- Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and drive Agile cross‑functional delivery while measuring success metrics (adoption, latency, CSAT/NPS)
Eligibility
- Product Management experience in B2B SaaS (3+ years)
- Technical background with API, schema, SQL knowledge and exposure to AI/GenAI concepts
- Engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E) with optional Tier‑1 MBA
