We're hiring a Group Product Manager to own and evolve the Order Life Cycle platform at Porter, shaping critical interactions for customers and driver-partners. The role requires defining and driving product strategy, leading architecture evolution, and representing OLC in cross-functional decisions. The ideal candidate combines customer empathy with platform thinking and architectural intuition.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Order Life Cycle
- Lead the evolution of OLC architecture in partnership with Engineering
- Represent OLC in cross-functional architectural decisions
- Build a continuous discovery engine through customer interactions and insights
- Drive execution excellence through structured problem-solving and experimentation
Eligibility
- 7-12 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in Logistics, Mobility, Marketplace, Consumer Internet, or similar product-led technology companies
- Proven track record of building platform systems that directly impact customer-facing experiences
