Overview
Product Designer II responsible for shaping the experience of vehicle owners, drivers, and fleet managers using Porter, handling end‑to‑end design projects in Bangalore.
Experience
2-4 yrs
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through field visits, interviews and data analysis to deeply understand user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to frame problems, define metrics and break down work into user stories.
- Design complete journeys and high‑fidelity interfaces that account for low‑end devices, patchy networks, multiple languages and accessibility standards.
- Deliver detailed designs, run tech walkthroughs, perform QA/UAT and iterate based on post‑launch metrics.
- Contribute to the design system, share knowledge through critiques, blogs and talks, and proactively propose new opportunities.
Eligibility
- 2‑4 years of product design experience, preferably in logistics, marketplace or fintech domains.
- Experience designing for gig workers, fleet owners, emerging‑market users or similar contexts (nice to have).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong visual storytelling, interaction design, and accessibility skills.
