Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the Intercity PartLoad product charter at Porter, overseeing roadmap, discovery, delivery and business impact over a 2‑3 quarter horizon.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and OKRs for the Intercity PartLoad product charter (2–3 quarters ahead)
- Drive product‑market fit discovery through hypothesis testing, qualitative research and lightweight pilots
- Create detailed PRDs with problem statements, requirements, launch milestones, instrumentation and impact sizing
- Lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, design, business and data teams, removing delivery roadblocks
- Establish metrics‑driven monitoring of delivery efficiency and product impact
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years on B2C consumer‑facing products
- Proven ability to own a full product charter with measurable OKR accountability and strong discovery skills
- Ability to influence without authority across engineering, design and business teams
