Overview
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead DX product initiatives and improve developer productivity. This role will work across three DX teams to translate developer pain points into actionable work and keep delivery on track. The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering and be technically fluent.

- Lead DX product initiatives by gathering insights from engineering customers and studying how developers work
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve developer productivity
- Analyze adoption of DX platforms and align investments with broader engineering strategy
- Help define product strategy and roadmap across the DX portfolio
- Drive rollout and communication of DX initiatives across engineering
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software engineering environment
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
- Technical fluency with concepts like SDKs, CI/CD, test automation, and system architectures
