Product Designer (5-8years) (B2C Fintech, 70L)

Overview

Senior Product Designer needed to shape the core experience of a fast‑growing trading platform, building a unified design system and intuitive interfaces across multiple product pods.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve a comprehensive design system including components, tokens, themes, typography, colour, and interaction patterns.
• Design production‑ready experiences for 10+ product surfaces such as screeners, charts, option chains, strategy builders, and AI copilots.
• Lead user research and usability testing with retail traders, translating insights into product decisions.
• Define AI‑native interaction patterns for natural‑language queries and generated insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, founders, and engineers from concept through implementation to ensure design quality.

Eligibility

• Experience designing fintech, trading, investing, or other information‑dense B2C products at scale.
• Proven track record of building or contributing to a design system/component library and conducting user research.
