Product Designer (5-8years) (Fintech, 60L)

Overview

Senior Product Designer needed to shape the core experience of a fast‑growing trading platform, building a unified design system across multiple product pods and AI‑driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the design system, including components, tokens, themes, typography and interaction patterns
• Design production‑ready experiences for 10+ product surfaces such as screeners, charts, option chains and AI copilots
• Lead user research and usability testing with retail traders to inform product decisions
• Define AI‑native interaction patterns and ensure consistency across pods
• Collaborate closely with product managers, founders and engineers from concept to implementation

Eligibility

• Strong background in fintech, trading, investing or other information‑dense B2C products
• Proven experience designing at scale (millions of users) and contributing to a design system
• Portfolio showcasing complex UI such as dashboards, charts and multi‑step workflows
