Product Manager (Agentic SaaS, 70L, 6+ years)

Overview

Lead the integration and platform capabilities for an enterprise SaaS product, overseeing API design, data movement, security, and scalability across multiple customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations with CRM, ERP, HRMS and other enterprise systems end‑to‑end
• Define and manage APIs, authentication, webhooks and data‑sync behavior
• Build reusable platform foundations serving multiple product teams and customers
• Conduct customer and internal research, write requirements and communicate technical decisions
• Track post‑launch performance and iterate on integrations and platform features

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in enterprise SaaS integrations and platform development
• Proven experience designing APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data‑flow architectures
