Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs. The role requires strong product management expertise, agile methodology knowledge, and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business) to deliver high‑quality digital products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and incorporate customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering to refine requirements.
• Drive product adoption through collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Product management for digital products, preferably in ETRM/CTRM domain
• 7+ years of product management experience, strong agile (Scrum/Kanban) background, experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
