Overview
The Lead Product Designer will own end‑to‑end design for high‑impact B2C product initiatives at PhysicsWallah, collaborating closely with product, engineering and research teams to create user‑centric experiences at scale. The role combines strategic thinking, visual design expertise, and leadership of junior designers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end product design process from user research and ideation through wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity UI and developer handoff
- Define and drive design strategy for key product areas serving millions of learners
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research and Business stakeholders to solve complex user problems
- Build and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility across products
- Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and champion a strong design culture
Eligibility
- 5‑10+ years of experience in Product, UX/UI or Interaction Design, preferably in B2C digital products
- Proven track record of designing consumer‑facing products at scale, with a strong portfolio
