Job Description
Overview
The role is an Associate - Integrated CX Design at PwC Acceleration Center India, responsible for enhancing customer experiences through design research, journey mapping, and prototype creation. It offers exposure to global teams and client engagements within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct design research and translate findings into sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Design overall product functionality, ensure a great user experience, and iterate based on user‑testing feedback
- Apply digital experience and technology trends to create client‑facing deliverables and build strong client relationships
- Synthesize observations into personas, journey maps, experience blueprints, and other documentation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, facilitate product vision, and ensure accessibility and responsive design
Eligibility
- Customer Experience / UX Design expertise
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX design, design research, and user testing
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
